I rarely ever have a picture taken of myself – I always seem to be taking the pictures. Anyhoo, wanted to give y’all an idea of how my hair is coming along. This pic was taken at a birthday party I went to a few weeks ago. My hair has been locked for . . . 18 months. Still loving every minute of being chemical-free!

I love your locs…you look great! I’ve been natural for 10 years now. I couldn’t decide whether or not I should loc or get sisterlocs, so I just decided to go the easy route and get a weave since I was attending my 20th class reunion.
