I was browsing around on Self, and ran across this workout for arms. I cannot believe how much this workout hurts – definitely feeling the burn! I did it for the first time on Saturday and will now do it on M,W,F for the next 6 weeks. I think I’m going to get better results – faster – working out with three pounds than I did slinging around 17 and 22 pound weights. If I get the results I’m expecting, I’ll be doing these moves for life!

Love? I’m not there yet, but I’m sure I will be when my arms start shaping up – it is no joke! Again I say – ouch!
I can’t wait to try it! I got on the elliptical today and was embarrassed by how little time I could stand on there. No activity for a month will really do it for you.
LOL – I feel ya – it’s like you’ve never worked out at all. Going back is tough! I felt like a punk making faces and saying “ow, ow, ow this hurts” while wielding pink, 3 lb weights. But, whatever – I’m in it to win it!
I tried it and me likey! It hurt during and I was really surprised to wake up sans pain this am. I think it’s because my arms are the one thing I’ve been consistently working this summer.
