Aaaargh! I cannot get a good night’s sleep. This funky sleep pattern is killing me. Every night, without fail, I wake up around 2:30 or so and can’t go back to sleep. Last night, I added a twist. I didn’t fall asleep until after midnight and woke up at 2:36. So today? I’m operating on roughly 2 hours of sleep. The key word? Roughly. This cannot continue. I feel like crap!
Drink some liquor before you lay down or pop a few Tylenol PM’s.
Yeah, I was thinking Tylenol or Advil PM. Both work wonders and I keep them around for the nights that I really need to sleep.
I do that every once in awhile… meaning at least once a week. That’s sucks.
