My ma is from Arkansas and I always say she is from the south. Is it a dumb question if I ask what it’s supposed to be if it isn’t the south? Cuz I’m confused at what the other option could possibly be.
Apparently I got the question wrong. I thought P and I were arguing over whether or not AR was the south. P says we were arguing about whether or not AR is part of the Dirty South.

Texas is technically part of the Southwest but Houston is very close to Louisiana so I claims the Dirty Dirty!
