Woke up to light snow this morning so of course I woke my girl up so she could see her answered prayer! 
And then I got texts/emails letting me know school was closed for the day.
Thank you Lord for this unexpected day off! Going to spend the day puttering around and cleaning up. But first? I’m going back to sleep. G’night!

I guess one day is fine but hopefully y’all wont get too much. Just enough to see. But not enough to keep you snowed in for days. Its supposed to snow tonight here too so we’ll see.
We got maybe 1.5 inches. Maybe. I was really quite shocked that school was closed. But I’ll take it!

Exactly how much snow in Ms constitutes a “snow day”?
I am so ‘shamed to tell you that we got less than 2 inches, it didn’t stick on the streets, and…it was completely gone by 9:30!
Looks like LG had a ball! I kinda miss having show days.
